Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the AI-DOS website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our website or engage our services.

Services

AI-DOS provides AI automation consulting and development services, including but not limited to: AI agent development, n8n workflow automation, voice AI systems, and AI strategy consulting.

The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in individual project agreements between AI-DOS and the client. These Terms of Service apply to all engagements unless explicitly overridden by a signed project agreement.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom code, workflows, and systems built specifically for their project. AI-DOS retains the right to use general techniques, methodologies, and non-proprietary components in future work.

All content on the AI-DOS website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of AI-DOS and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Payment terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and delivery.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the project agreement.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information required for the project
  • Granting necessary access to tools, platforms, and systems
  • Timely feedback and approvals as outlined in the project timeline
  • Ensuring they have the rights to any content or data provided to AI-DOS

Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines and, where applicable, additional costs.

Limitation of liability

AI-DOS provides services on an “as is” basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability in all systems we build, we do not guarantee that AI-powered systems will be free from errors or interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, AI-DOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes business processes, technical specifications, client data, and project details.

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any project agreement. AI-DOS may reference the client and general project description in portfolio materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.

AI-DOS will deliver all completed work product to the client upon final payment, regardless of whether the full project scope was completed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
